Terms of Service
Deliver Chaos LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Deliver Chaos”, “we”), sells novelty objects through deliverchaos.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders and pre-orders
Most items are sold on a pre-order basis. Your card or wallet is charged at checkout. Ship-by dates on product pages are estimates we work hard to meet; if a batch is delayed more than 14 days past the ship-by date you may cancel for a full refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept cards, PayPal, and USDC / USDT. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, but the return policy still applies to the goods.
Use of products
Our products are meant to amuse. You are responsible for how you use them and for whom you send them to. Do not send items to people who did not consent to receive mail from you, and do not use them to harass anyone. We refuse orders that look like that.
Custom content
When you upload a photo or text for a custom item you confirm you have the right to use it. We print it as written. We refuse content that is hateful, sexual, or targets a private individual.
Returns

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Products are not toys for children under 14 unless stated.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
