How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship from US warehouses. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 3 to 8 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-order items are marked on the product page with an estimated ship date. That date is in your order confirmation too.
Can I return it?
Non-custom items: yes, within 14 days, unused, you pay return shipping. Custom items (anything with your photo or text): no. The details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Can I send it to someone else?
Yes. Put their address at checkout. Add a note if you want. We print it exactly as written, typos included.
Will they know it came from me?
Only if you tell them. The package says Deliver Chaos and nothing else. We do not put your name on it unless you write it in the note.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US only for now.
How do I pay?
Card, PayPal, or stablecoins (USDC / USDT). All three go through the normal checkout.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a thing, you get a thing. If you want to hear about the next Delivery, there is an email list. One email per Delivery.
