Last updated: September 2026. Deliver Chaos is a small US-facing store run by one person. This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it. Short version: only what is needed to take your order, ship it, and tell you about the next Delivery.
What we collect
When you order: name, email, shipping address, phone if you give it, what you bought, and any note you write for the recipient. Payment card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
When you subscribe: your email address and the date you signed up. We use double opt-in, so nothing happens until you confirm.
When you browse: standard analytics (pages viewed, device, rough location by IP) through Google Analytics, and, once we run ads, the Meta and TikTok pixels. These use cookies. You can block them in your browser and the site still works.
When you customize an item: the text or photo you send us for a custom product. We keep it only as long as needed to make and ship the item, then delete it.
What we do with it
Fulfil your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, send one email per Delivery if you subscribed, and understand which pages and posts bring people here. We do not sell personal data. We do not rent lists.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the store work: our host (Hostinger), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our email tool (MailPoet), analytics (Google), ad platforms if you arrived through an ad (Meta, TikTok), and the warehouse and carrier that pack and deliver your box. Each of them sees only what they need for their job.
How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years, because tax rules require it. Subscriber emails: until you unsubscribe. Custom photos and text: until the item ships, plus 30 days in case of a reprint. Analytics: per Google’s default retention.
Your choices
Unsubscribe with the link in any email. Ask us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@deliverchaos.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; email us and we will handle it without a form.
Cookies
We use cookies for the cart, for keeping you logged in if you make an account, for analytics, and for ad measurement once ads run. No cookie banner theatre; the browser settings are the control.
Kids
This store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, subscribers get an email. The date at the top tells you the current version.
