Shipping
In-stock items ship from our partner warehouses in the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days after that. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Some items are sold as pre-orders. These are clearly marked on the product page with an estimated ship date, which also appears in your order confirmation. If a pre-order ships more than 14 days after that date, you can cancel for a full refund.
We ship within the United States only for now.
Returns
Non-custom items: return within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging. You pay return shipping. Refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
Custom items (anything printed with your photo, name, or text): no returns. This is stated on the product page before you buy.
Damaged or wrong item
Email hello@deliverchaos.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement. No forms, no return needed.
